Thank you for shopping with ReKicked. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order or using our services.
1. Returns for Store Purchases
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Worn or used sneakers
- Customised or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- Store credit
5. Sneaker Cleaning Service Refunds
Due to the nature of our sneaker cleaning service, refunds are generally not available once cleaning work has started or has been completed.
While we aim to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal or full restoration to original condition.
If you believe there is an issue with your cleaning service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your sneakers and we will review your case.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was faulty
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong product
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
7. Processing Times
Once a return is received:
- Inspection: 1–3 business days
- Refund processing: 5–10 business days
- Replacement shipments: 3–7 business days depending on location
